Return Policy
At Garden of Araina, all products are created per order within intention for each client separately.
For this reason we do not offer returns.
Damaged products:
- We guarantee quality control before shipping the order to You. When the item should arrive damaged due to shipping, we provide free replacement of Your order.
- When the item becomes damaged due to Your personal input, we can provide reparation at an extra cost, depending on the possibility of reparation.
