Shipping Policy
We Ship World Wide.
Depending on the product, we ship from Hawai'i, mainland USA or from the UK.
Some products made in CoCreation with Contrado UK, are made per order and shipped within one week. They ship with DHL or FEDEX and the shipment arrives usually within 1-2 weeks, depending on destination.
All products handmade by AhnéYah are made per order and shipped within two to three weeks, depending on the product and size of your order. We ship from Hawai'i through USPS, and depending on destination this can take 2-3 weeks.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all orders are made per order especially for each individual customer, we usually do not accept returns. If You have made an order by mistake, we will NOT return. In exceptional cases we accept returns (in exchange for a new product or a voucher - we do NOT offer full refunds) in following conditions:
Products made in CoCreation with Contrado:
These products are made in high quality and double checked by the Contrado Staff, before they ship out. This means they are not quality checked by AhnėYah herself. If however You find Your product unsatisfying, please send an email with Your order number, date of order, AND PICTURES of your product included, which clearly show the dissatisfying reason. In most cases (for example; the print is off, wrong fabric, wrong stitching,...) Contrado will remake Your order and resent it to You within 2-3 weeks.
Products made by AhnėYah on Hawai'i:
These products are made in minimum 3-8 days time, in high quality material, double checked for quality and personally infused with Personalized Vibrations for each customer by AhnéYah herself, before they ship out. This makes each product very unique, and thus we do not take returns, even if One may have made the order by mistake or One decides to not want the specific product.
If however You find a dissatisfying aspect on the product (for example; extensive scratches or something broken due to the shipping,...) please send an email with Your order number, date of order, AND PICTURES of your product included, which clearly show the dissatisfying reason.
If it clearly is a mistake from The Garden's side, We will ask You to return the product (on Our costs) and We will send You a new product or You will receive a voucher worth the amount of Your cost spent (order + shipping). We do not offer full refunds.
PLEASE NOTE that all products made by AhnéYah herself are hand made, and it is normal that some slight differences in color/material might occur, due to different production times. The pictures on the website are the best possible reference to the product You will receive. However color can be slightly different also due to photograph vs real life.
