SESSION BOOKING & CANCELATION POLICY By booking a session, You are securing a sacred container of transformation, and the energy of the session begins weaving the moment Your booking is confirmed. To honor the integrity of this work, the following policies apply to all sessions: 1. Cancellation & Refunds All bookings are final. This session is part of a sacred process that begins the moment You say yes. No refunds are issued upon cancellation. 2. Rescheduling • Sessions can be rescheduled through Your online member portal up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. • If short-notice rescheduling is needed due to an emergency, please reach out directly to grace@araina.garden. • If You do not show up for the session within five minutes of the scheduled time, the session is considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 3. Presence & Commitment • The session space is sacred—please ensure You are in a quiet, undisturbed environment to receive fully. • Any form of recording beyond the provided session recording is not permitted, to preserve the integrity of the transmission. • The session exchange is non-transferable to another person.
